Studio1a is currently on long term rental and UNAVAILABLE!. This is a multi-use facility suitable for tracking, mixing, and rehearsing music, as well as shooting photos or video. 

Studio2a is a private studio. This is our main isolation studio, used for podcast streams, recording, and is the home of The Live Jukebox™ produced by the Musician's Lofts and GayMafiaProductions

Studio5a is our first studio, and is not available to the public. This studio is our alternative to big budget Hollywood Studios. We sport a combination of analog and digital equipment, and our collection of personal musical instruments. This is the studio in which we recorded drums for the Grammy™-Nominated album "Crayon Kids" (2022) by Lucky Diaz & the Family Jam band, as well as numerous other EP's demos, streams, and podcasts. 

Our building was constructed in the late 40's as the brewing building for Pabst Blue Ribbon, making them the first bi-costal American brewer. Our first floor lobby was the waiting area for those offices.
